I'm trying to log on to renew my Student account but I can't seem to click

I am on the Premium Student page with my subscription written on it. In theory it should say verify that I am a student, which does not appear and I cannot go on.

Thanks for reaching out. Which page are you on exactly and what do you see there? To reverify as Student, you need to go to SheerID and verify your status with them, then open the link in the confirmation email they send you, log into your account to activate the verification on it and then change the subscription to Student.

Let us know which of the aforementioned steps you're on and what you're trying to do. Send us some screenshots too, that will help us understand the issue and assist you further.
