I paid for premium but I'm still a "free account"

I paid for premium but I'm still a "free account"

Last week I paid for a premium service, I chose the college students' discount, I did all the process twice because I didn't get the confirmation email quickly and I thought I did something wrong, Spotify charged twice the money it is supposed to charge, I had five days of premium trial and now I don't have any premium account, just "free". 

 

I looked for an email thinking that perhaps Spotify had something to explain but the only ones I have are the ones that you get when they accept that you are a college student, it also says something about to continue the process to finish but when I click the link it says that si have trouble with my debit card and that I have to do the process again. I don't know what to do but I'm getting really pissed off.

 

I will be very thankful if someone helps me or tells me what can I do now.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
