Yesterday i payed for Student account and then i couldnt enter my student information. Page didnt open for proof. But when i check my Bank account i can see i payed for Student account to Spotify. How can i contact for change to Premium

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.
Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
If we still wait for sheerID email for eligibility what we do if no email comes after waiting for 1 day? (It says sheerID must send email in a day)

I will open a new thread if sheerID does not respond in a few days. I'm still waiting for their email. They said they will evaluate my student documents that I sent them and return to me back. I hope they contact me soon.
