I selected 3 months students plan but after 1 month it was showing my payment was failed

We can't access user's accounts on our side to give you further info about the charges. 

 

We'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet. 


On this page you can also find some troubleshooting steps on failed payments.
