I've qualified for student premium but I cannot update my plan to it.

I qualified for student premium but whenever I click "Get Premium Student" in the premium tab, or click the "Get Discount" button in the Manage Your Plan page, I just get brought back to the main account page and nothing happens.

Thanks for reaching out!
Try clearing your browser's cached data and then make sure you're following the steps from this article over here 🙂 
Once you qualify for the discount, you should get an email from SheerID, through which you can complete the subscription for Student Premium.
