I was bought a premium for the student today, but after I confirmed the transaction, I left the page without going through the account and returned. When I tried to get a premium for the student again, I noticed that the money was withdrawn from my card. I want my money back! Because buy a new premium.Thank you.

These are the steps to get a refund. Foremost, please be aware that receiving a refund is never guaranteed, and support evaluates all requests on a case-by-case basis. With that in mind, please fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support in order to get a refund.
Support will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please know that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
