Incorrect charge for Student

Earlier this year I was asked to renew my Student account by uploading the documentation required. I did, and this was approved, and I was charged the student rate. Now this month it has somehow gone back up to charging me full price. I can't find any help on the website of who to contact about this, in order to get a refund, and find out why this has happened. In fact all I can find is that a whole lot of other people are having the same problem with no customer support! What's the deal with that? Seems like such a shitty service not to have any customer support available?????? What the?

Have you contacted the school to see if they are still offering it in your school?

Spotify uses the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification (this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out the SheerID FAQ.

Note: It can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.
