Is My Community College not enough to get the student discount?

I'd like to get the student discount however my community college I attended apparently doesn't count. How come? I obviously need the discount as I'm going to a community college for cheaper instead of a university.

Thanks or the post. 

I know it might be frustrating if you can't find your school in the lists. This means that the particular college/ university is not supported at the moment. What you can do is request SheerID to add it to the list of institutions eligible for the discount.
