Is my Premium subscription cancelled?

I paid for my student subscription but I wanted to join a Premium Family account

Thanks for reaching out I'll be here to help. In this case, I'd recommend you check your current subscription status in your account page. If it still shows a Premium for Students subscription, I'd recommend following these steps to cancel it.

Then, you should be able to join the Premium for Family subscription by clicking the link in the invitation email from your Family plan manager.
