My Question or Issue

My last payment of Rs 59 was debited from my bank on November 11th, so that means I can use the plan till December 11th, right? But my Spotify premium has been cancelled Even though my money has been debited from my bank!

It's possible that the charge failed. To be sure, you can check your account page and order history (all of your subscription's receipts are here, so you can verify if the most recent charge was completed or not).

 

If the recent charge indeed appears as "failed" in your order history, but the money has been taken out from your payment method anyway, we suggest checking your bank statement or card summary where you should find more details about it.

Once you've checked all of this, if you want to try the payment again you can follow these steps.
