Il 7 novembre ho pagato 4,99€ usufruendo dello sconto per studenti 

Inizialmente tutto regolare ma, da qualche giorno, appena avvio Spotify, mi esce l'avviso di aggiornare i dati di pagamento per abbonarmi 

Io dovrei avere attivo premium fino al 7 dicembre 

Che devo fare?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.

 

It could be that an earlier payment for Premium didn't get through successfully and the transaction has been reversed even though you've already received a notification that you've been charged. We'd suggest you head here and check the receipts. There you can find all the payments that were successful.
