My Question or Issue

  I'm officially studying a 5-year program at university, one year of which is considered an English preparatory year, but according to Spotify, our discount is valid for 4 years. This is very bad, in my opinion. ID verification should be based on the university's academic year. Since mine is a 5-year program, it should be valid for 5 years, but if someone else is in a 3-year program, it should be valid for 3 years. Can you help me with this?

Currently, the Spotify student discount is valid for up to 4 years, regardless of course length or preparatory years (such as English programs). This rule is applied uniformly to all institutions, based on eligibility criteria defined by Spotify and student verification partners.

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to extend the discount beyond this period, even for longer courses. However, your feedback is very important!
