Não consegui fazer minha solicitação para obter premium estudante

Ao fazer minha solicitação preenchendo apenas meu nome e a instituição que curso apareceu a seguinte mensagem "Provedor de identidade desconhecido ou inutilizável", não consigo voltar e nem prosseguir com o pedido.
