Nao consigo assinar o plano universitário

Estimados (as),

Boa noite!

 

Tentei voltar a assinar o plano universitario do Spotify que usei por um período no inicio do ano, depois acabei cancelando meu plano. Agora quando tento assinar a SheerID que faz a verificaçao de estudantes me retorna a seguinte mensagem: 

 

Você já aproveitou esta oferta.

 

Existe algum limite para assinar esse plano? Ele só pode ser feito uma vez?

 

Agradeço desde já pela atenção.

Welcome to the Community! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Check out this article for info regarding error messages with Student Discount.

 

If you've had a Premium Student subscription active this year, the student discount is most likely still active on your account. It lasts 12 months after you've first verified with SheerID. 

 

If that's the case, all you need to do is to subscribe to regular PremiumdsaoOPPPP. Since the discount is active on your account, you'll get the reduced price. 

 

You can check your account page for the first receipt when you subscribed to Student Premium.
