No Spotify Premium for bank accounts without non-recurring payment

Previously, I have been able to avail Premium for Students using my account. However, since my Bank doesn't allow autopay, it doesn't allow recurring payments, and now I am unable to get Premium.

I’m sorry to hear this. There isn’t a plan option that allows one-time payments as recurring payment methods are required to avoid service interruption. I’d recommend using another payment method, even a prepaid card that accepts recurring payments. You’re able to manage your payment details following these steps.
