My Question or Issue
I currently have the student plan and it says I'll be charged 5.99 but I can't find any way to activate my hulu account. Ive been told it was in a services tab but when I go to the services page it either takes me back to the account overview or tells me "this page is out of tune"

It sounds like you might have subscribed to Premium Student, but haven't activated the discount yet. Can you double-check what it says under Your plan here - Premium Individual or Student? If you're still on the normal plan, you can try activating the discount by subscribing to Premium Student from your account page or the student page here. You won't be charged, this is only for activating purposes. Afterwards, try checking Your services, since it should be accessible then.

Thank you but I've checked like you’ve said and it tells me I have premium individual but when I go to apply the discount it tells me my discount is still applied. I’m just confused because it told me premium individual but it’s charging me 5.99.

Thanks for the clarification! Looks to me like you've already activated the discount, in which case your subscription type will switch to Premium Student on your next billing date 🙂 You will still technically be on Premium Individual until then.

When you subscribe to Premium Student, you should be able to activate Hulu following these steps. If you’re unable to, I’d recommend following the same steps using a different browser or private window.
If you’re still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of what happens when you visit your Services page? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Yeah, I've looked over the activate Hulu steps but nothing ever shows up in my services page? I have also opened this on both my phone (through a browser, not the app) as well as on a laptop and neither shows how to activate it.

According to them, you're still on Premium Individual and when your plan changes to Student on the next billing date that you see, you should be able to activate Hulu with the steps.
