Not qualifying for Premium Student because of age.

Not qualifying for Premium Student because of age.

My Question or Issue

So I've been trying to qualify for the Premium Student plan, despite being 15. However, I'm going to an university-sponsored high school that gives the students all university perks. Some of these perks that both the college and high school students get are access to free public transit, college classes, student-only areas (such as the gym), etc. I would think that qualifying for the Premium Student plan would work as well, but as I try to verify that I'm a student, an error message pops up, stating the following: "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." Is there anything I can do to get around this issue, or do I just have to sign up for a different plan? Thanks for the help!

Hey @squooshed ,

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that your high school is sponsored by a university, but unfortunately, Premium Student is only open to students at Title IV accredited institutions in the US.

I hope this clears things up 🙂
