Paid for Student Premium and got a receipt. But failed to get Premium in my account.

Paid for Student Premium and got a receipt. But failed to get Premium in my account.

Hi, a few minutez ago my Amex Card failed to pay the monthly bill of my premium status, so what I did is that I tried to update my account using my mastercard THROUGH STUDENT DISCOUNT. I successfully paid for the Student Premium but failed to proceed to sheerID to verify that I'm a student. I somehow accidentally closed the window for sheerID verification.

 

Now I don't know how to proceed and will I ever get the money I paid for the service I didn't get?

 

I have the receipt number as well.

Hi! I had the same problem when signing up for Premium. Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. if that doesnt work you can try it on a desktop and reload the page.
