Paid for Student Premium and have been charged but account is not upgraded

Hi there, 

 

I have cancelled by former standard Premium spotify account and signed up and paid for a student premium account (as I am a student studying in the UK). My UniDays account is associated with my university email and my spotify account with my personal email. I paid for and have been charged for the student premium through my spotify account which is associated with my personal email but the account is not upgrading. 

Can this please be looked into?

Hey @wilson63,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
