Paid for student premium but i havent got it

Paid for student premium but i havent got it

1 week ago i paid for student premium but after first form i didnt find my school cause i am a high school student but i paid for it and i didn't get a feedback about it. There is noone to help.

When you attempted to sign up for Student did you get a reciept email from Spotify for the payment?

No there is no receipt about it

Hey @Oxan-tr,

 

In that case it sounds as though you have not been charged an a 'pending' payment would of gone to your bank.

 

Can you please check your bank statment and let me know if the funds were released back into your bank account?

I havent got my money back for 1 one week and i checked now still no change

Does the payment still show as pending on your statment or has it been debited from your account?

Actually i cant see it on my account but according to bank it debited.

In this case I would suggest contacting Spotify so that the can see what is going on their end with your Spotify account:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
