Paid premium for student

So i gave my bank account and my studeny ID and i didnt get the premium. Early in the morning they charged me $5.44 2 times but i didnt get premium so i dont know what happened there?

If you didn't complete signing up for the subscription and you didn't receive a payment receipt email, the charges to your card should only be marked as pending which means they should be canceled soon.

If you check in a few days and the charges are still there, let me know and I can help you 🙂
