My Question or Issue

hello ive contacted advisors but got no help its not letting me subscribe for student premium it says my payment isn’t authenticated ive even talked to my bank and have no problem in that end. ive tried incognito different browsers checked the country and everything the website and advisors have said what do i do!!!

Hey @Rozik,

 

We'd advise trying out with a different payment method or with the same one after more than 24 hours have passed since your last attempt.
If you can only use that one specific payment method, we'd advise doublechecking this with your bank.
