Payment site keeps reloading

So I’m trying to change to the student plan which the Authenticator approved but when I enter my payment details with a different card but for the same account into the site it has the 3 dots as if it was loading and then the site resets I’ve attempted to do it a couple of times and I’ve reloaded the website but it still isn’t working

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
