My Question or Issue

My student plan was suddenly changed to premium individual, when spotify wanted to charge from my account as premium individual it didnt have enough credit at that time ( I use sim card payment method). I wanted to change back to student, but after i visit the sheer verification page , after entering my details it says "You have already redeemed this offer." Then i tried to visit the sheerid website and selected the never received email and entered my email. I received an email saying "You are verified" and there's an option to select "Get student discount", but when i click on it and later select confirm it says "Something went wrong,try reloading the page" . How do i solve the problem!?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Just to be sure, for how long did you have the student discount? You can subscribe during one year and renew it up to three more times. After this, you won't be elegible. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more help.
