Plan not switching from Premium Individual to Premium Student

Hello,

 

I have just switched to premium student and have been verified. However, whenever I click the SheerID link or click change plan, nothing happens. It refreshes and does nothing. I have tried incognito and cancelling plan. Any ideas?

Can you please try it in another browser and on another device? 

Please also make sure you're not using any kind of VPN/Proxy.

I have tried it on safari on my laptop and safari on my phone, with no VPN/Proxy.

 

No luck 😞

Thanks for getting back.

 

I saw that the account you were logged into while recording the video has its country setting set to the US, but you're using the UK version of the page.

 

Can you try using the following link instead: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/change/

 

If the issue persists, please give it another try while using a different internet connection or check your email inbox for an email where you were notified about the re-verification - there should be a link included in it. 🙂

 

Lastly, I've removed the video in your initial post as it contains some sensitive info, such as your email address or username. It's best to not share such info on a public site 🙂
