Premium Student angeblich abgelaufen

Hey,

Ich habe gestern eine Email von Spotify bekommen, dass mein Premium Student Abo abgelaufen sei. Das kann aber gar nicht sein, weil ich Spotify noch nichtmal 1 Jahr habe und dementsprechend noch nicht verifizieren musste. Wenn ich im Web meinen Account öffne und über mein Abo gehe, steht da dass ich Premium Individual habe und meine nächste Rechnung in Höhe von 4,99€ kommen wird (was ja der Preis von Student ist).

Auch wenn ich auf 'Abo ändern' gehe, kann ich Premium Student nicht auswählen...

 

Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. 

 

If the next payment is the discounted price, then your subscription will change to Student and everything should be fine. Perhaps the email came because of the change from one plan to the other. Also, did you maybe have a 3 month trial or other offer in this time? That can possibly extend the period before the switch to Student and can possibly explain what happened. You can find more info about Student Discount here. If you would like us to have a further look, send us a screenshot of the exact email you received, making sure no sensitive information is visible.
