Premium Student change to Premium Individual

Premium Student change to Premium Individual

I received a notification regarding the payment for Spotify Premium. I was charged for RM 15.90 instead of RM 8.90. Could I get a refund since I’m subscribing to Premium Student and not Premium Individual. I did not even get any notification stating that my Premium Student plan was terminating so why am I getting charge for the Individual Plan?

Hi!

 

Premium Student requires a re-verification of student status every 12 months, which might be the reason for the payment changing to Premium Individual. If you check out the Premium Student help page here there should be some further answers to your query. However, if you are within the 12 months of first verifying student status, follow the instructions over on the Charged too much help page here.
