My Question or Issue

Hey there! Good morning, I've some issues with my student acccount. I have recently recivied a mail that offered me just to pay 0'99€ for 3 months and also as a University Student 4'99 € every month after this offer. My problem is that Spotify doesn't let me show them that I'm an university student, they tell me that they can't find my university. Here we have some assigned centers in my case (Escola Universitaria Salesians Sarria) which belongs to one of the most important and huge universities in Barcelona (Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona). The problem is that Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona appears on the list but not my center. I don't know what to do and also I want to be part of the 0'99€ 3 months offer which ends tommorrow. If your college/university doesn’t appear on the list provided, you can request SheerID to get it added. Just fill in this form and SheerID will email you if it’s accepted to the approved list. 

Please keep in mind that this process can take a minimum of 30 days.
