Problemas de suscripción con plan estudiante

Hace un tiempo contraté el plan de estudiante, el cual incluía una oferta de un mes gratuito. Estuve utilizándolo por un par de semanas, pero recientemente noté que la promoción ha sido retirada antes de que finalizara el período del primer mes sin costo.
No recibí ninguna notificación al respecto, por lo que me gustaría saber a qué se debe este inconveniente. Agradecería que me proporcionaran información sobre este asunto y, si es posible, una solución.

In this type of case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in from your account by following the steps in this article.It's also worth trying different credentials as mentioned in this article. 

However, if the issue persists, it's possible that the issue could be account-related. So in that case, taking into account that we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend  contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
