Hello,

The same thing happened to me. I was sent a link, I opened it. I created an account. I tried to select the student plan but was told my school wasn’t eligible. Tried to get the normal plan. Now it’s only offering me one month free. 

Can I get support for this issue?

 

Where can I send my accouny info and screenshot?

Can you please share the name of the country/region you're in as well as what kind of link/campaign you've tried to use?
