Não estou conseguindo renovar meu plano para estudantes, pois aparece “você já aproveitou esta oferta”. Segue imagem:

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. It looks like you're already subscribing to Premium with the Student Discount, which would explain why you're getting the error message.

Can you check out the 'Receipts' page on your account page, and see if you were already charged the discounted rate?
