Spotify Premium for Students-Transferring schools

I'm transferring from one university to another this year. Will this mess with my account? I know there's the 12 month thing where it will end for me in September. So will I have to reapply after September or will it carryover since I'm at another university?

Spotify will send you a renewal notice via email when your 12 months is almost up. This will allow you to verify your student status for one more year with the new school info. Until then you cannot transfer or change the info as it remains tied to that first verification.
