Spotify & Hulu Student

Trying to cancel my student package subscription that includes Hulu and Spotify. I tried cancelling though Hulu but it says I have to cancel through Spotify. When I try to cancel through Spotify they say I have a free subscription, yet I am being charged every month by the Spotify company. Any advice???
