My Question or Issue
I applied for the Spotify Student plan and paid ₹59 for two months, then paused it. Now I want to start again, and my student verification still shows as valid until <snip - Moderator Edit>. But when I go to make the payment, it shows ₹119 instead of ₹59.
Please help me fix this!

Can you try subscribing to Premium Student here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try to subscribe? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Hello! Spotify sends an Autopay request of 119/- instead of the 59/- in my payment app.
At checkout, the summary says "Items - Student Premium, 59/-" but I get a request to pay 119/- instead. Thank you for your work in the community!

Hey @skandapranith so i clicked the link u mention it is showing sixty nine rupees for me. And in my payment app it is showing 139. Is it for the autopay??but earlier when i got student i didnt pay 139
How did u get QR as an option. Im only getting id , app and card

If you've tried subscribing through your phone so far, we recommend testing this out on a different device - a PC would be the best way to go. It might also be worth trying a different payment method if you have one available. If the issue persists, it'd be best to send us a message via the links here, since this seems like something that has to be looked at backstage.
