Bonjour,
J'ai reçu un e-mail de SheerID qui dit que mon statut a été confirmé. Malheureusement, je n'ai toujours pas accès au premium pour les étudiants. Quand j'essaye, je reçois le message "Vous avez déjà profité de cette offre."
On ne m'a pas demandé mes coordonnées bancaires.
Que dois-je faire pour finaliser mon abonnement ?

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. If the error message you mention still pops up, it's a good idea to try and activate the discount via the link from SheerID via a private/incognito browser or another device, if that's an option.
If that doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to reach to to SheerID. They can check the link in their system and provide you with a new one, if necessary. You can contact them here.
Tip: The activation link you'll receive from SheerID is only valid for 7 days.
