Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. If the error message you mention still pops up, it's a good idea to try and activate the discount via the link from SheerID via a private/incognito browser or another device, if that's an option.
If that doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to reach to to SheerID. They can check the link in their system and provide you with a new one, if necessary. You can contact them here.
Tip: The activation link you'll receive from SheerID is only valid for 7 days.
