Stuck on verify

Hello there! I want to get a student subscription, but I can't, because I sent all my real data, attached a photo of my student ID, and I received an email that it doesn't meet the requirements, although it says that my real name and that I study at the appropriate Academy.

We partner with SheerID to verify your student status. You can apply for the discount and get verified by heading here. 

Once verified you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link for the discount. This Spotify Answer has some more useful info on the discount.

If you have any issues with the verification process itself you can reach out to the folks at SheerID here. They'll happily assist you with the verification process and explain any mails you've received from them.
