Student Discount Payment in Turkey

Hello!

I'm an university student from Turkey.

My account is already premium and I've tried to take the student discount and gave my student and my credit card informations to spotify and I did this while I was log in my normal premium account.

But they took money from my bank account 6,99 for student premium and also they took the normal premium money 9,99 two days after that.

My account is still look normal premium not student premium. But I've paid for both of them for this month, what should I do?

Can someone please help me about it?

I can not see the payment of student discount in my spotify profile but in my bank account I see that they took the money and also the money of normal premium..
