Student Discount renewal

For some reason when I try to renew my student account, it is accepted by SheerID and says I'm verified, but when I click the "get student discount" link, my account has a red banner that says "your student credentials are already adsoassoci with another Spotify account" except this is the same Spotify account I've used since I signed up and have no other accounts.

Any ideas?

Just to make sure, I suggest following the suggestions here to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts.

If you're sure there's only one Spotify account with your information, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window before trying to set up the discount again.
