Hello everyone. I paid for an account for university students in Mexico. They ask me for a couple of documents from my school and when I wanted to enter them the page they were directing me to took me out of the system. I can not re-enter to complete the process. Also, the charge to my card was made twice (that is, I paid double). What can I do to complete the process without entering my card information again (to avoid being charged again) or, if necessary, cancel the account.

Hey @Telecasttro, welcome to the community!

 

When you enter your card details, but don't finish the process, the payments may show as pending. This only means that the money was put on hold but the transaction didn't complete. The money will go back to your bank account soon, so don't worry.

 

About adding the discount, we suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.
