Student Premium in Ireland

Trying to switch over from my normal premium account to a student one since it's now an option. I get as far as a page that says SheerID will open a new window with my school portal in order for me to verify my student status ( https://spotify-international.sheerid.com/index.html )... This new window is just not opening for me. I've disabled adblock and tried 2 different browsers in case it was something to do with the security of one of them.

I don't know whether this is a problem with SheerID, but I'd appreciate any help!

Same problem! My bank account has been charged 3 times now. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Don't worry! A pending charge is just part of your bank’s authorization process. If the transaction isn’t successfully completed, no money will actually be taken and the funds will reappear on your statement.
