My Question or Issue

 Is there a possibility to refund difference between the standard premium and the student premium? I received e-mail with a reminder on 10 September. On 18 September a standard fee has been charged. On 21 September I was able to get the required document from the college. On the same day there was technical break here. Today I send updated document to the Spotify. I had the student premium plan before.
