Student account still €9,99

Hi, I have a student account. I tried to delete my subscription, but then I decided against it so I renewed it. On my account page it says I have a student account, but my subscription fee is €9,99 instead of €4,99.

i would suggest cancelling and going through the page which you get the student discount.

for example:

in the uk, the discount is available through unidays so it’s easier to go through unidays and apply.

if this isn’t possible then get in contact with Spotify directly and see what they say 🙂
