I was a student and was receiving the discount, now i'm not so I'm being charged the full monthly fee. When I go to update my card information it shows that I still have the student rate of $4.99, I have been charged the full amount since August 2016. When I enter my new payment information it asks me for student credentials. The main page says I'm on the regular premium payment. So when I go and enter the new credit card info it asks me to verify i'm still a student (it won't let me enter any information anyways).
Keep in mind that your student discount is only valid for a year. You'll need to renew it in case you still eligible to apply for it. Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this.
