Student discount doesn't verify

I tried to get the student discount on I think friday or saturday. I got charged twice on my card, and today it turned out the verification didn't pass - even though I sent a scan of my student ID - and charge was cancelled. I wanted to try it again today, but when I entered my name and e-mail, SheerID said something along the lines "this discount was already used". My card got charged again, and I just really wish I could stop listening to ads 😞
