Student discount problems and spotify is charging me again

I've already paid 65 pesos for the student discount (my student status was already verified fyi) and i was shocked that spotify was charging me 65 pesos again. My bank account confirmed that the 65 pesos that i had paid was already sent to you and my bank balance is already deducted. How to fix this problem?

ps. My account is still on its free status, spotify did not updated it to premium even though i already paid

Hi no i did not received any message about it they just deducted my balance
(my debit card is prepaid reloadable so you realy have to put balance on it
before buying or paying something.) 😞

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Same situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ugh my account has been charged 66.58 pesos to be exact but still im not premium i want my money back and i want to cancel the subscription, im scared the spotify might deduct money every month tho im not premium account. Theres no email verification sent to me i just check my atm account and i saw spotify deduction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
