Student offer link in France not working

The link to the student offer in France is not working, when I click on the offer it leads me to a page that says "doesn't exist". I've even tried the incognito mode and it still doesn't work, so I really don't know what to do to get the student plan.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

 

This is indeed an odd situation, so let's check something else. First up, take into account that in order to get the student discount you'll need to make sure your account’s country matches where you’re studying and you need to use a payment method issued in that country. You mentioned being in France, so go here < Edit profile, and check your account is set there. If not, you can change the country with these steps. If you have a Premium subscription, you need to update the payment method first and wait until your next billing date for the changes to take effect.

 

If everything is in order with the country settings, try to activate your discount again from the verification email you received, but from a computer and with a different internet connection.

oh and I also forgot to add that I used my phone, and my boyfriend's Ipad, and my laptop.

This issue is happening to me as well in Australia

Hello! 

I get an error when I try to open the premium student signup stage and when I try to click on the link to verify that I am a student. I just tried it again and it didn’t work.

Thank you so much for your reply. 

So, with the link you gave me I was able to get verified, and I even got the email stating that, but when i clicked to get the student discount it didn’t work haha.

Bummer. But, thanks anyway! At least I’m verified now.

Are you able to activate the Student discount through this link: https://www.spotify.com/student/

The only thing left is to confirm your payment details for the subscription to be activated on your account.

No, I am not able to activate it through that link :/. At least not with my phone, I’ll check it again later with my laptop and see if it works.

Hello! 

So I did have my account with a french card. And with the links it wasn’t working. But this weekend I tried with my computer to just go directly into my account and change my premium regular to the student one, and now it works. So now I have student premium!
