My Question or Issue

I had used my 3 months trial a long time ago, but now i entry in the college and i would like to take the student discount, unfortunately every time i try to add the payament method shows on my screen  that i'm ineligible because i already used the 3 months trial. I want a way to get the student plan without the 3 months trial promo.

ps. i have already apply to sheerID and got verificated

Does this happen when you try to change your plan to Premium Student here? If that doesn’t work, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’ll take a closer look.
