Student premium account

Student premium account

Hello, I applied to premium for student and sent my information and my document to spotify. The payment has been approved to my bank account but I do not have access to the feature of spotify premium. Do you know what can i do or how long it takes? thank you.

Hey @Chouaib_0595, apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Could you try logging out/in to see if you have acess to Premium? If that doesn’t work, check your email. Did you get a confirmation email when you susbcribed to Premium?
