Student premium advertisement

I am a student spotify user. My acount is premium but I always listen advertisement. Why?

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try using the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box and it should work.
