Student premium-payment

Hello, this morning I paid for Spotify premium for students. But the page for verifying my student status didn't appear, so I closed the page. I didn't verify my student status but i received a charge in my debit card. And in my subscription page it appears I'm still in free Spotify. I tried to verify my student status entering to SheerID but it asked me to pay again Spotify premium. I don't know what to do (if I pay again I will double the charge). How can I verify my status without paying again? Thanks

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
